Position Description

The candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, implementing and managing people related processes and policies including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee retention and development
  • Provide leadership and expertise in developing, communicating and promoting the RiskLens culture code
  • In partnership with management develop appropriate strategies and tactics to enable the business to meet its key objectives and for employees to thrive
  • Provide counsel and advice to leadership and employees related to human resources
  • Develop processes, systems and a company environment that encourages and measures employee engagement
  • Oversee and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain employees and are aligned to business objectives
  • Responsible for sourcing candidates and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. Providing appropriate metrics and goals to manage the effective and continuous improvement of the process
  • Responsible for all HR operations, record keeping and compliance
  • Support the overall mission of RiskLens and the Finance and Operations team

Required Skills and Experience Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
  • Seven or more years of HR experience
  • Three or more years in staff management position
  • Talent acquisition experience required
  • Previous experience in scaling a technology company from 50 to 500 people highly desirable
  • SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with anyone in the business
  • Intellectually curious, strong desire to learn, analytical, collaborative, energetic and adaptable
