Position Description: Interested in joining a world-class, startup HR team? We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, A-player who loves a fast-paced environment and thrives on metrics and results. In this role, you will meticulously manage dozens of requisitions across the company, interfacing with numerous Hiring Mangers. You will also have the chance to engage in meaningful conversations as you educate and retain new talent within our workforce.

Within 30 Days: 

  • Familiarize yourself with all RiskLens processes, files, platforms, and tools.
  • Work with HR Manger to assume responsibility for all existing and upcoming RiskLens requisitions.
  • Meet regularly with each Hiring Manger to understand their requirements and position yourself to ensure all positions are supported in accordance with deadlines.
  • Train and assist with implementation for all HR Technology (ex. ATS).

Within 90 Days:

  • Own the recruiting process in accordance with workflows and HR related technology.
  • Complete all assigned trainings as they relate to recruiting and hiring methodologies.
  • Create and assess, in collaboration with HR Manager, a robust pre and post event strategy for job requirements across all departments.
  • Support the forecasting process and provide semi-monthly reports to Management as directed.
  • Create and further develop relationships with University Partnerships; assist with related events as requested.
  • Establish and build new relationships with vendors of choice in collaboration with HR Manager for recruitment/retention purposes.

Within 6 Months:

  • Be able to research and conduct preliminary assessments on all recruitment activities through HR/IT Technology.
  • With guidance from HR Manager, conduct preliminary contract reviews and negotiations with 3rd Party Recruiters.
  • Become the main point of contact, internally and externally, for all recruiting events with external partners.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree: human resources or communications, preferred
  • 3-5 years of recruiting
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruiting
  • Experience working with a diverse requisition pool and meeting hard deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills cross-departmentally and with all levels of an organization
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
