Position Description

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be part of scaling a technology start-up; it’s not always pretty, but it’s never boring. Develop a working knowledge of the domain and value proposition within 60 days including the key primary and secondary personas, their pain points and their desired outcomes. You’ll also become fluent in the joint value propositions enabled by current integrations with existing third-party technology partners.
  • Embrace a leadership role on an innovation team chartered with discovering and producing a new SaaS product that will revolutionize the way in which cybersecurity risk is assessed and managed. By day 30, you’re already providing executive reporting on the innovation program and by day 60, you’ve built out a 2020 project plan with clear milestones, dependencies and an inventory of project risks & mitigations.  By the end of the year, you’ve done everything in your power to maximize the likelihood of a market launch of a new SaaS product.
  • Take the reins of a newly designed customer lighthouse program and manage its launch, customer recruitment activities and day-to-day operations. By day 30, you’re already providing executive reporting on program status and by day 60, you’re actively facilitating innovation activities with lighthouse program participants, both virtually and occasionally on site.  This runs the gamut from handling meeting logistics, ensuring action item governance & accountability and proactive identification & clearance of obstacles to progress.  It’s your job to ensure that the lighthouse program becomes a significant enabler of the innovation process at RiskLens.
  • Oversee the launch and operation of a tech partner program for RiskLens.
  • Provide great project management service for other cross-functional initiatives as they arise
  • Ask and answer the hard questions and be challenged every single day working to accelerate product & technology innovation at RiskLens.

Desired Skills and Experience

If you can accomplish the above, you’re the program manager we’re looking for. You’ll probably have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently to high impact in a software development company.  If you have more experience, you’ll be able to accelerate your effectiveness and impact at RiskLens.
