We are looking for you, a Cloud Engineer to round out our Corporate Systems Team. This internal position has the potential for upward mobility and is based in downtown Spokane, Washington with little travel required.

What’s this opportunity look like?

As our Cloud Engineer, you’ll collaborate with our Information Security Team to implement industry compliance standards, manage our cloud-based servers and networks, participate in projects, respond to incidents as part of a team and participate in on-call rotation.

  • Participate in projects, maintain and patch servers in multiple environments as part of an on-going process to keep us in compliance with meaningful policies and standards as we grow.
  • Resolve Tier II and corporate help desk tickets to keep your fellow employees happy and productive.
  • Maintain technical diagrams and documentation to help with process flow and troubleshooting.
  • Work with DevOps Engineers to assist deploying custom software in accordance with change management policies.
  • Microsoft SQL and IIS administration and maintenance to keep our platforms highly available.

Additional Requirements:

Associates Degree in a related field and 3 – 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, SQL and IIS. Earn or hold a current CompTIA Security+ and the Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate certifications within one year of employment.
