We’re looking to add Strategic Account Managers who have a relentless attention to detail, are passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience, enable hyper growth, are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, want to be part of a collaborative, fun culture and want to shout about the benefits of FAIR and RiskLens from the rooftops. You must have the ability to professionally challenge current ways of thinking about risk analyses and align the RiskLens value proposition with customer business objectives.
Work with a highly passionate and motivated team of sales professionals, leading as foremost experts in bringing risk quantification to the most notable organizations in the world. We are a growing, highly visible, and highly agile team where collaboration, communication, critical thinking and competition thrive.
Within the first 30 days become familiar with the legacy methods organizations use to measure risk and achieve FAIR certification, the leading standard for cyber and technology risk quantification
1. Gain a strong foundational understanding of risk and FAIR methodology
2. Learn measurement concepts around uncertainty
3. Understand the risk analysis process
Begin your journey to product matter expertise by becoming proficient in the RiskLens solution set.
Learn to use our systems and begin building relationships with internal and external business partners.
Within 60 days, be knowledgeable about all things FAIR & RiskLens, proficiently leverage systems and have a healthy relationship with your extended team
Within 90 days, you will be meeting with prospects and customers, drafting proposals and advancing opportunities through the pipeline
Within 180 days our performance expectations are that you can primarily operate independently, engaging leadership as needed for escalations and approvals. Your pipeline is growing and there is evidence that it will continue to grow.
