Nicola (Nick) Sanna
President and CEO
As President and CEO of RiskLens, Nick is responsible for the definition and the execution of the company strategy that established RiskLens as the market leader in cyber risk quantification. Nick is also the Founder of the FAIR Institute, a non-profit expert organization dedicated to advancing the discipline of measuring and managing information and operational risk, that was named one of the 3 most influential industry organizations of the last 30 years.
Nick brings over 25 years of experience in helping organizations leverage technology innovation to drive better business outcomes, with prior roles as CEO of Netuitive and e-Security, COO and VP EMEA at ASG, and VP Sales and Marketing at Amplitude. Nick is fluent in 5 languages and received a masters degree in Economics and Trade from the University of Rome La Sapienza.
Chief Financial Officer
As RiskLens’ Chief Financial Officer, Dave is responsible for financial and business operations and oversees finance, legal, HR and IT. An accomplished CFO, Dave has served as CFO for a number of technology companies including Intelliworks (acquired by Hobsons) and NFR Security (acquired by Checkpoint) and in various senior financial and business positions at Mitel Corporation.
Dave has extensive experience in Europe and North America helping technology companies define strategy, grow and realize value for stakeholders. Dave is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of the West England.
Co-Founder and Chief Risk Scientist
Jack is one of the foremost authorities in the field of technology and cyber risk management. As a three time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with forward-thinking financial institutions such as Nationwide Insurance, Huntington Bank and CBC Innovis, he received numerous recognitions for his work, including: the ISSA Excellence in the Field of Security Practices award in 2006; a finalist award for the Information Security Executive of the Year, Central US in 2007; and the CSO Compass Award in 2012, for advancing risk management within the profession.
Prior to that, his career included assignments in the military, government intelligence, consulting, as well as the financial and insurance industries. Jack is the author of FAIR, the only standard quantitative model for cybersecurity and operational risk. A sought-after thought leader, he co-authored the award-winning book ‘Measuring and Managing Information Risk: A FAIR Approach’, is a regular speaker at industry conferences, and is an adjunct professor teaching risk measurement in Carnegie Mellon University’s CISO and CRO programs.
Chief Revenue Officer
Pete Wisowaty Chief Revenue Officer As Chief Revenue Officer at RiskLens, Pete is responsible for global sales, pre-sales and field sales operations. Pete brings over 25 years in sales leadership, marketing, business development, solution product management in enterprise security, analytics and applications in complex SaaS and perpetual software sales models in early stage companies such as Nominum (acquired by Akamai), Grand Central Communications (SFDC, Google), WhereNet (Zebra) and several other early stage companies. Pete co-authored a patent on predictive security analytics and malicious behavior.
Pete holds a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He is an avid sports competitor having raced as a D-1 NCAA alpine skier (WCU) and competed in over 100 open water swim, run, bike and triathlon races. Pete is on the board of Adaptive Spirit (a non-profit supporting the US Paralympic Ski Team) and active with the ALS Golden West Chapter.
Chief Product Officer
As the Chief Product Officer, Orion is responsible for the definition and delivery of RiskLens SaaS products and oversees product management, engineering and data science. Orion brings over 15 years experience in executive product management of enterprise software products and cybersecurity SaaS at well-known security vendors such as Forcepoint, TippingPoint, Blue Coat Systems and Secure Computing.
He has a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rutgers University and earned his Masters of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas in 2011.
Chief Customer Officer
As the Chief Customer Officer, Ray is focused on driving customer value, prescribing best practices and paths for customers to realize the full power of the RiskLens platform. Ray brings over 20 years of high growth executive leadership experience having been a part of the executive teams at ArcSight (IPO and acquisition by HP) and Verodin (acquisition by FireEye), as well as high growth companies such as DataStax and Onapsis. He has also commanded a SAPPER battalion in the U.S Army.
Ray holds a BA Economics from Va Tech, a BS Accounting from George Mason and an MBA Finance from George Washington University. Ray is also a licensed CPA.
Chief Marketing Officer
As the Chief Marketing Officer at RiskLens, Jeremiah Gibber is responsible for end to end Marketing and Communications, helping to build and define the rapidly growing market for cyber risk quantification and management. Prior to RiskLens, Jeremiah established and led marketing globally for IBM Blockchain, led IBM’s product marketing and marketing strategy teams in Japan, was a strategy consultant and drove the international expansion for multiple high-growth startups.
Jeremiah has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Cofounder & Managing Director Customer Experience
Steve Tabacek is cofounder of RiskLens. As the founding CEO, Steve secured the initial base of customers, raised equity funding, and recruited an exceptional team to develop and deliver the RiskLens software-as-a-subscription platform. In addition to his Board Director role, Steve is a Managing Director, Customer Experience, providing strategy ensuring RiskLens customers realize the maximum potential value of its cyber risk management solutions.
Prior to RiskLens Steve was the founder and CEO of IT-Lifeline. Acquisition by Rentsys Recovery Services, IT-Lifeline grew from a single service outsourced data backup service provider to one of the largest full-service business recovery centers in the Northwest supporting 100+ corporate customers primarily in the finance and healthcare sectors.
Vice President of Professional Services
Chad is the Vice President of Professional Services. Chad developed a deep passion about risk management working with global clients across multiple industries. Chad brings extensive knowledge and experience with Quantitative Risk Analysis (via FAIR) and Risk Program design & implementation. He further draws upon multiple years of experience with IT auditing & security consulting within the “Big 4” professional services firms.
Chad adds value to his clients through his deep knowledge and understanding of financial and IT security risks, his auditing experience across multiple industries, and through leveraging his prior experience as a software engineer designing & developing application solutions. Chad is an alumnus of Ohio University.
As General Counsel, Laura is responsible for overseeing RiskLens legal operation including technology and commercial contract negotiation, corporate governance, and intellectual property portfolio management. Laura has an extensive background in corporate transactional law, including 6 years in SaaS and high-growth startups.Laura has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School where she graduated cum laude. She is barred in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Director of Global Alliances
As Director of Global Alliances, Michael oversees RiskLens’ ecosystem of strategic partners, focusing on the development and delivery of Risk Quantification software and services. He is additionally focused on identifying, incubating, and developing technical relationships within the GRC community to drive RiskLens positioning within the IRM space.Prior to RiskLens, Michael spent 13 years at Akamai Technologies in various leadership roles leading global sales and alliance teams. He brings a wealth of knowledge in growing strategic relationships within the Cybersecurity, SI and Carrier communities. He holds a BA, English from Williams College.
Sr. Director, Software Engineering
As Sr. Director of Software Engineering, Scott oversees the development and delivery of RiskLens SaaS products. His teams are responsible for turning complex business problems into innovative software solutions. Scott brings over 19 years of combined leadership experience in engineering, project management, and agile change management.Scott previously blended his expertise in organizational change management and technical leadership to lead digital transformation efforts at organizations such as Engie, Panhandle State Bank, and Horizon Credit Union.Scott holds a BS in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University and a Masters of Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. In addition, Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Scrum Master (PSM) and Product Management Professional (PSPO).
Director of Customer Training and Enablement
As Director of Customer Training and Enablement, Khalid’s focus is to develop the right education content and delivery models to ensure customers and partners acquire and grow the skills to maximize the benefits from RiskLens’ offerings. Khalid brings 20+ years of experience in building education solutions and businesses at PeopleSoft, Business Objects, ArcSight and DataStax. He also worked internationally for IBM and HP as a systems engineer. Khalid holds a BS-EE from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Pakistan.
Director of Human Resources
As the head of Human Resources Christina drives the company’s people strategy—including talent acquisition, talent development, leadership team effectiveness, compensation and benefits, HRIS/HR operations and employee engagement programs—to support RiskLens mission to provide solutions that empowers organization to manage cyber risk.
She drives organizational transformation and champions alignment between talent, leadership development and revenue gains. She aligns talent with RiskLens strategy & values based on passionate belief that the right talent engenders employee engagement and exemplary performance. Doing this by creating positive experiences for employees, she has a reputation as a global business partner, change agent and turnaround leader by optimizing human capital and performance across global business units by enhancing people, processes and technology.
Christina holds a Bachelors degree in Communication from SUNY Brockport and brings 20 plus years of HR experience to the RiskLens team.
