Vice President of Marketing

James leads the RiskLens marketing team, responsible for full-spectrum go-to-market strategy and execution in support of the company’s brand, demand, public relations, content, partner marketing, events, and sales enablement functions.

Prior to joining RiskLens, James served in marketing leadership roles in the cybersecurity space, including roles at Verisign, RSA and Mandiant. James is a veteran of the U.S. Army and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English from George Mason University.  He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and four children.

Jack Jones

Jack Jones

Co-Founder and Chief Risk Scientist

Jack is one of the foremost authorities in the field of technology and cyber risk management. As a three-time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with forward-thinking financial institutions such as Nationwide Insurance, Huntington Bank and CBC Innovis, he received numerous recognitions for his work, including: the ISSA Excellence in the Field of Security Practices award in 2006; a finalist award for the Information Security Executive of the Year, Central US in 2007; and the CSO Compass Award in 2012, for advancing risk management within the profession.

Prior to that, his career included assignments in the military, government intelligence, consulting, as well as the financial and insurance industries. Jack is the author of FAIR, the only standard quantitative model for cybersecurity and operational risk. A sought-after thought leader, he co-authored the award-winning book ‘Measuring and Managing Information Risk: A FAIR Approach’, is a regular speaker at industry conferences, and is an adjunct professor teaching risk measurement in Carnegie Mellon University’s CISO and CRO programs.

Nick Sanna

Nicola (Nick) Sanna

President and CEO

As President and CEO of RiskLens, Nick is responsible for the definition and the execution of the company strategy that established RiskLens as the market leader in cyber risk quantification. Nick is also the Founder of the FAIR Institute, a non-profit expert organization dedicated to advancing the discipline of measuring and managing information and operational risk, that was named one of the 3 most influential industry organizations of the last 30 years. Nick serves as a board member of the Internet Security Alliance. 

Nick brings over 25 years of experience in helping organizations leverage technology innovation to drive better business outcomes, with prior roles as CEO of Netuitive and e-Security, COO and VP EMEA at ASG, and VP Sales and Marketing at Amplitude. Nick is fluent in 5 languages and received a master's degree in Economics and Trade from the University of Rome La Sapienza.

Rebecca Merritt

Vice President of Professional Services

Rebecca Merritt is the Vice President of Professional Services at RiskLens, where she brings over a decade of experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management. She is responsible for leading the strategy and the team that drives successful outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle. Her team is responsible for delivering integrated Professional Services, Training, and ongoing Adoption Support for customers.

Rebecca built and continues to develop a team of world-class cyber risk management experts driven to help customers realize the greatest business value from their quantitative risk management programs. Rebecca spent the first part of her career on the IT Audit group at Ernst & Young, focused on the financial services sector.

Bryan Smith RiskLens

Bryan Smith

Chief Technology Officer

Bryan is the CTO of RiskLens. He is a broad technologist with over 20 years of software engineering experience. His expertise includes building enterprise scale web applications, cyber security, and big data. Bryan led the development of RiskLens' enterprise cyber risk quantification and management platform.

Prior to RiskLens Bryan help build the nation's first digital archives helping it scale 3400% over 5 years. Bryan earned his M.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration as well as his B.S. in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University.

Dave Sutor

Chief Financial Officer

As RiskLens’ Chief Financial Officer, Dave is responsible for financial and business operations and oversees finance, legal, and HR. An accomplished CFO, Dave has served as CFO for a number of technology companies including Intelliworks (acquired by Hobsons) and NFR Security (acquired by Checkpoint) and in various senior financial and business positions at Mitel Corporation.

Dave has extensive experience in Europe and North America helping technology companies define strategy, grow and realize value for stakeholders. Dave is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of the West England.

Vice President of Human Resources

As the head of Human Resources Christina drives the company’s people strategy—including talent acquisition, talent development, team effectiveness, compensation and benefits, HRIS/HR operations and employee engagement programs—to support RiskLens' mission.

She supports organizational transformation and champions alignment between talent, leadership development and revenue gains. She aligns talent with RiskLens strategy & values based on passionate belief that the right talent engenders employee engagement and exemplary performance.  Christina holds a Bachelors degree in Communication from SUNY Brockport and brings 20 plus years of HR experience to the RiskLens team.

Chad is the Vice President of Customer Success at RiskLens, where he leads the team and strategy to ensure RiskLens customers realize the maximum potential value of its cyber risk management solutions. Chad brings more than a decade of experience in helping large organizations adopt quantitative cyber and operational risk management programs. Prior to this role,

Chad built and led the world-class RiskLens professional services team of cyber risk management experts that help RiskLens customers realize the greatest business value from their risk management programs. Chad started his career within the “Big 4” professional services firms. Chad holds a BBA from Ohio University.
