This Privacy Policy does not apply to our access to or handling of this information; the conditions regarding the handling and processing of that data is covered by our Terms of Use and any other agreements between you and RiskLens.

Certain interactions or transactions may involve you calling us or us calling you. They may also involve online chats or other electronic communications. Please be aware that it is RiskLens’ general practice to monitor and in some cases record such interactions for staff training or quality assurance purposes or to retain evidence of a particular transaction or interaction.


RiskLens may provide social computing tools on some of its web sites to enable online sharing and collaboration among members who have registered to use them. These include forums, wikis, blogs and other social media platforms.

Certain information that you provide to RiskLens may be made available to other participants as part of your profile, but such information will be subject to and protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Any content that you post or otherwise input, such as pictures, information, opinions, or any other type of personal information that you make available to other participants on these social platforms, is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Rather, such content is subject to the Terms of Use.

RiskLens may also use or share your information to protect the rights or property of RiskLens and our clients and business partners when we have reasonable grounds to believe that such rights or property have been or could be affected. In addition, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, or the rights of others, or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our web sites or on RiskLens.


You can amend or edit your RiskLens account information any time that you feel the personal information maintained by RiskLens about you is incorrect. This request must be in writing. The completed amendment request will be incorporated with the other personal information about you maintained by RiskLens.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to RiskLens services, such as service announcements, administrative messages and other communications without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. However, for certain communications, you may be given the option to opt out of receiving them.

If your RiskLens account is deleted, certain information might remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted. It is your sole obligation to request a copy of your information or to make a copy of your information before deleting your account.


We limit access to personal information about you to individuals who we believe reasonably need to access to such personal information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

RiskLens implements reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to help us protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. For example, we encrypt certain sensitive personal information and require any user of RiskLens’ services to have a registered username and password to access RiskLens’ systems.

We will retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to request that we no longer use your registration information to provide you services, contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your account information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.


RiskLens may update this policy. We may notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address specified in your RiskLens account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
